Our story
We are Philippe and Vania, Artisan Winemakers in Corrèze .
The Chœur des Ceps is our adventure, born from a somewhat crazy gamble: to create a vineyard from scratch where there were only woods and wild slopes. We wanted to give life to a free, living estate, shaped by our hands and by our terroir.
This project is the result of hard work, patience and conviction .
Nothing was easy, but every stone moved, every vine planted, carries within it the strength of this challenge.
What we seek above all is freedom : the freedom to make wine without appellation constraints, to let the vine and the land express themselves without artifice.
It is this commitment that allows us to sell a unique product that will delight the taste buds of all wine lovers.

It all began with a somewhat crazy dream: to create a vineyard from scratch in Corrèze, where there were only woods and wild slopes. The desire to build a life project around wine, free and artisanal, was born in Philippe and Vania.
An Idea
La première étape fut rude : abattre les arbres, défricher la forêt, façonner un terrain pour accueillir la vigne. Chaque arbre tombé ouvrait un peu plus l’horizon d’un futur domaine.
The tree removal
The felled wood was not wasted. Carefully stacked, it became a resource, energy, and a symbol of patient and sustainable work. Nothing is lost, everything is transformed.
Storage
While the land was being prepared, the young plants waited in the nursery. Small, fragile vines, but bearers of the future, they represented the hope and promise of future harvests.
The Nursery
The vine began to grow, delicately. The first buds appeared, evidence of a successful gamble: the earth accepted this new life cycle.
The grapes finally burst into bloom. The first berries, modest but precious, marked the culmination of many years of effort. A moment of emotion etched forever in our memories.
