Born on the slopes of the Domaine de Saint-Bazile-de-la-Roche , Le Chœur des Ceps 2023 expresses all the richness of Corrèze mountain wines .
A blend of Syrah, Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Touriga National , it reveals a character that is at once generous, elegant and sincere.
• A UNIQUE HIGH-ALTITUDE TERROIR
At an altitude of 450 meters , our vines, exposed due south and planted on a slope of 30 to 50%, benefit from natural sunshine and drainage.
The clay-sandy soil on schist rock brings minerality and tension to this wine of character.
• NATURAL WINEMAKING
We make our wine without any additives , to allow the grapes to freely express their terroir.
The result : a pure, vibrant and authentic wine, true to the spirit of Saint-Bazile.
• TASTING
Dress : ruby red
Nose : red fruits, mineral note.
Palate : ample, balanced, pleasant length on the palate.
• FOOD & WINE PAIRINGS
Ideal with a rib of beef, duck confit, dishes in sauce and mature cheeses.
Serve between 16 and 18 °C.

This vintage skillfully unites the noble and expressive Riesling with the delicate and aromatic Alvarinho .
