Tessa - The Chorus of Vines - White Wine

🍷 Made from grapes harvested on our mountain slopes of Domaine de Saint-Bazile-de-la-Roche , Le Chœur des Ceps 2023 – White Wine seduces with its freshness, elegance and mineral personality.
 This vintage perfectly combines two exceptional grape varieties: Riesling , noble and expressive, and Alvarinho , delicate and aromatic.

 🌄 A high-altitude terroir with rare conditions
 Located at an altitude of 450 meters , facing due south on a natural slope of 30% , our vineyard benefits from generous sunshine and ideal natural drainage.
 The silty-clay-sandy soil on schist rock gives this wine a chiseled minerality and a refreshing tension , typical of high-altitude wines.

 🍇 A natural and sincere winemaking process
 At Le Chœur des Ceps , winemaking is carried out entirely naturally , without the addition of any external products.
 Each bottle reflects the purest expression of the Saint-Bazilois terroir: a living, authentic and balanced wine, born from respect for the vine and nature.

 Dress : pale gold with silvery highlights.
 
 Nose : floral and citrus notes, mixed with a mineral and saline touch.
 
 Palate : fresh and elegant, marked by a lovely vivacity and a long finish, with notes of zest and wet stone.

 Ideal as an aperitif, with seafood, sea bass ceviche, grilled fish or aged goat cheese. Serve chilled, between 10 and 12°C.
