🍷 Born on the sunny slopes of the Domaine de Saint-Bazile-de-la-Roche , Le Chœur des Ceps 2023 embodies all the richness and sincerity of Corrèze mountain wines.
 Made from a harmonious blend of Syrah, Malbec and Cabernet Franc , this vintage reveals a character that is both generous and elegant, supported by an exceptional terroir.

 🌄 A high-altitude terroir with a unique character
 Planted at an altitude of 450 meters , our vines benefit from a full south exposure and a natural slope of 30% , ensuring perfect drainage and optimal ripeness of the grapes.
 The soil, composed of clayey-sandy silt resting on a schist rock , gives this wine a subtle minerality and a beautiful tension on the palate.

 🍇 A natural and respectful winemaking process
 True to our philosophy, we practice entirely natural winemaking , without the addition of any external products. Every step, from harvesting to bottling, is guided by respect for the grapes and our environment.

 The result? An authentic, vibrant and sincere wine, a true expression of the Saint-Bazilois terroir.
